Executive Virtual Intelligence Engine. A web application built for product managers and technical leads that connects your Jira board, Microsoft 365 and Claude AI into a single tool, so instead of jumping between browser tabs to understand a ticket, you open EVIE and it does that work for you.
When something lands in your Jira queue, the full picture is almost never in Jira alone. There's an email thread from last week, a Teams conversation where someone mentioned a blocker, a Confluence page with the original spec, and meeting notes from the last discussion.
Finding all of that manually takes 10–15 minutes per ticket. EVIE makes it a single click.
WHAT EVIE PULLS TOGETHER
Click Investigate on any Jira ticket and EVIE simultaneously searches Confluence, Teams, Outlook and the Jira comment timeline, then hands it all to Claude, which synthesises a five-section executive briefing you can read in 30 seconds: current status, who's involved, related docs, blockers or risks, and a recommended next action. Results are cached for 3.5 hours, so re-opening a ticket later is instant.
The Today tab delivers a chief-of-staff brief, generated fresh each morning. It flags which tickets need action today and why, prepares you for every meeting with relevant emails and Jira context already pulled together, and surfaces what's on your radar: deadlines, quiet threads, and items you're waiting on. It uses your About Me profile to make every brief relevant to you specifically.
Subscribe to any ticket with a single bell click. EVIE polls in the background and alerts you when status, priority, assignee, due date or comments change, and also watches Teams and Outlook for any mention of the ticket. Custom search terms per ticket mean it catches discussions that reference the feature or incident by name, not just the ticket key.
Click Draft with AI on any Jira comment or Outlook reply and EVIE, having already read the full activity timeline, suggests the right next thing to say. It won't suggest actions the timeline shows are already done. If you've built a writing persona, it drafts in your tone and style.
If you spend a meaningful part of your day in Jira and regularly dig through Teams and email to understand your tickets, EVIE eliminates most of that digging. It's particularly useful if you:
The urgency ranking view prioritises your work automatically, so the most important tickets rise to the top.
The Daily Planner pulls in your Teams Loop notes for every calendar event, so you walk in prepared.
If you repeatedly write similar Jira update comments, AI drafting in your own tone saves the effort.
Connect Jira, sign in with your Microsoft account, and enable Claude AI, and that's it. A demo mode with sample data is available if you'd like to try EVIE before connecting anything.
